How to Use:

• Print your artwork on DTF film with white and colour ink

• Apply the powder evenly to wet ink

• Cure the powder:

  • With a heat press or oven: 160–170°C for 2–3 minutes

  • With a conveyor or tunnel dryer: 115–140°C for about 6 minutes, depending on your setup

• Press the cured film onto fabric to complete the transfer

How Much DTF Powder Do I Need?

On average, 1.5 to 2 kg of DTF powder is used to create prints from a full 100m roll of DTF film, depending on design size, ink coverage, and how much powder is reused.
