DTF Powder Medium Grain 1kg – Hot Melt Adhesive for DTF Transfers UK

This 1kg bag of medium grain DTF powder is perfect for producing high-quality DTF transfers on both light and dark garments. It melts cleanly, sticks to the white ink layer, and creates a durable bond with the fabric once heat-pressed.

Designed for everyday use, this powder is ideal for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other cotton or poly-blend garments. It’s compatible with all standard DTF films, printers, and inks.

How to Use:

• Print your design onto DTF film with white and colour ink

• Apply the powder evenly while the ink is still wet

• Cure the powder:

  • With a heat press or curing oven: 160–170°C for 2–3 minutes, until melted and glossy

  • With a conveyor or tunnel dryer: 115–140°C for approx. 6 minutes (varies by machine)

• Press the cured film onto fabric using a heat press

How Much DTF Powder Do I Need?

From our experience, you’ll need approximately 1.5 to 2 kg of DTF powder to produce prints from a 100-metre roll of DTF film. Actual use depends on your design coverage and how much powder is reclaimed.
